A complaint upon defamation has been quashed by the honourable Madras high Court on
the ground that the complainant was not an aggrieved party. The complaint was filed by a
member of the political party Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) against a You Tuber
named Mridhas Over a video which was uploaded in the You tube.
